Hotel Information

Located right in the city centre, Golden Sands apartments offer a completely different experience from the rest of the hotels in Dubai. One of a number of similar complexes across the city, some parts of Golden Sands are residential buildings, where local workers live, and other parts are let out on a short stay basis, making them ideal for travellers to Dubai looking for somewhere basic but reasonably comfortable to stay.

The Golden Sands Apartments are self-catering, although there is a restaurant within the complex that serves meals throughout the day, but close by, just outside the mainly residential area where the complex is located; there are a number of restaurants.

There is no access to a serviced beach available to visitors to Golden Sands, although Dubais miles of open sand means that there are plenty of places to choose from, and the hotel has a location with shops available close by, as well as plenty of nightlife.

Golden Sands is a popular place to stay due to its low prices, and many of the guests within the complex are younger people looking for a base from which to explore this exciting city, or people who have just arrived in Dubai in order to begin a new job in the city, making it quite a cosmopolitan place to stay.

Golden Sands Hotel Apartments is the largest apartment complex in Dubai. It is ideally located in Bur Dubai, in the heart of business and shopping centres. The hotel offers a range of self-catering accommodation. Different types of apartments include one-room studios, two-room studios, 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom apartments.

Guests staying at Golden Sands have a choice of either studios, or more spacious apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms. Units have a small kitchen, and bathroom, and some have a balcony.

All Rooms include a kitchen with cooker/hot plate, fridge, washing-machine, cutlery, crockery. We also provide a complimentary bottle of water and a welcome-pack to make tea/coffee. Daily Housekeeping is also provided.
