In a stunning open-air setting looking across the lagoon on the Resort's
private island, Ile aux Chats, Acquapazza serves contemporary Italian cuisine
with an emphasis on seafood in a warm, elegant yet informal atmosphere. The
restaurant offers an extensive list of at least a hundred Italian wines and has
a private dining room ideal for small gatherings.
• Beau Champ
Overlooking the bridge over the lagoon, this contemporary steakhouse,
featuring an open-concept kitchen, offers an elegant and unique dining
experience. Its open wine cellar is the ideal place for an exclusive wine
tasting, and features more than 200 labels with a focus on French wines. In
addition to indoor dining, guests may choose from three outdoor pavilions that
can serve as private dining spaces and are separated by an impressive water
setting. Open for breakfast and dinner, Beau Champ is a comfortable, intimate,
informal yet elegant restaurant.
• Bambou
Situated on the Resort's private island and facing a white-sand beach,
Bambou offers a relaxed poolside location to enjoy casual international
favourites for lunch, with its own sushi bar and teppanyaki table. For dinner,
Bambou features an à la carte menu that reflects the many flavours of Asian
Cuisine. The spacious multi-level dining area offers both indoor and outdoor
seating.

Tropical buffet
Savour a wonderful array of tropical salads, barbecued seafood, curries and
many other Mauritian specialties, all made to order right in front of
you. Guests will be entertained by our Creole jazz trio and a Sega show
during dinner.
Indian night
Our Indian chef offers a selection of dishes bursting with flavours in his
four-course menu. This dining experience is enhanced by traditional Indian
entertainment.
• Le Club
Located in the Golf Clubhouse, Le Club overlooks the 18th hole and is the
perfect spot to relax after a round of golf. Golfers and other guests may enjoy
lunch, served à la carte. The roof of the Clubhouse has been designed to
complement the backdrop of Bambou Mountain when seen from the 18th hole, with
the visible support structure adding a dramatic contemporary feel to the traditional thatched roof.
Four Seasons Golf Club Mauritius at Anahita
Designed by Ernie Els, Four Seasons
Golf Club Mauritius at Anahita is a 7,440-yard, 18-hole, par-72 championship
course with large fairways and five sets of tees. Six stunning oceanfront holes
culminate in a final shot that is among the most spectacular in the world.
Built to USGA standards, it is the
first of its kind in Mauritius. Carefully woven into the tropical sanctuary,
the course is set against lush mountains and fringed by the vast crystal-clear
lagoon.

November 28 to December 5, 2010, Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita will
play host to the Mauritius Golf Masters, featuring 20 of the best-ranked
golfers on the Allianz Tour – the professional French Tour – and 10 invited
players from the European Tour.
The tournament, organised by Canal+
Events and Four Seasons Golf Club, is part of the Federation Française du Golf
(FFG) schedule and offers a great opportunity to play with some of the finest
European pros during two pro-ams.

on the soothing waters of the Indian Ocean, the Spa at Four Seasons Resort
Mauritius at Anahita is nestled in vibrant mangrove islets beaming with
vitality. Our collection of therapies reflects the cultural mosaic of
Mauritius, drawing on Indian, African, Chinese and European traditions while
employing natural indigenous ingredients.
Two Aqua Vichy rooms offer the
